I was apprehensive putting a deposit down on a car with only some pictures and a phone call to go on, but I needn't of been. The car exceeded my expectations, and the service was nothing short of superb, especially given the circumstances imposed by lockdown. Government guidance on social distancing was dutifully followed, but I was still made to feel welcome. I'd happily recommend these guys. Thanks!

Can’t recommend Capitol Cars enough, great service from both Mark and Chris. Purchased the car from distance, Mark and Chris sent over all the details of the car in question, previous history etc along with a personalised video. On collection there was a couple of minor things to sort which were done there and then without question. Very happy to recommend these guys and despite the distance wouldn’t question buying form Capitol Cars again

Purchased a ford kuga from these guys. Very good experience considering. Whilst they were mot checking the vehicle and doing all the checks to the car. They found that the pan sun roof wasnt opening. They advised me of the issue and offered a reasonable discount. We wanted this sun roof working correctly, they sent the car to ford to have repaired. In the meantime we had sold our car so they offered us a courtesy car whilst ours was at ford. Im very happy with the car and very happy with the level of service these guys gave. I would recomend them and would use them myself again ... thanks

My wife and I purchased a Porsche 718 Boxster from Capitol Car Centre. The car was as described on both Auto Trader and Website, viewing was no hassle at all. Mark was more than accommodating and patient as we sold our other car through an online car auction. After a couple of months the car horn developed an issue and failed to operate, we contacted the garage as it was still under warranty. Mark proposed that we could take it to a local garage and they would reimburse the costs (within reason obviously) or we could take it back to them and they would resolve. We returned it to the garage for it to be resolved the same day, fantastic customer service. A genuine honest garage in my opinion and would buy from again. Thanks for the hassle free experience.

Just bought a Mercedes E class from Capitol Car Centre. Unknown to them the car had been part exchanged with issues. Previous owner had unscrupulously had the adblue system deleted and Diesel particle filter cut out hopefully Karma will bite him back. At a cost to them of over £4000 Chris and Mark put the car right booking it into Mercedes Preston. They gave me a courtesy car and Chris offered me my money and part exchange back if I wanted and kept my part exchange vehicle until issue was resolved. They had car put right and even delivered car back to me on the Wirral. Would definitely buy again from These guys. I've never left feed back in my life but felt I had to express my thanks for such an amazing service.

They say you can tell a good business by how they respond when things go wrong. Based on that, Capitol are an excellent business. Having recently purchased an immaculate Z4, I had owned it for only a week when a previous alloy wheel repair began losing pressure. After talking the situation through with Mark, Capitol offered to assist with the cost of a replacement wheel despite that not being covered by the warranty. Excellent service throughout the buying process and beyond.
