Great selection of beautiful cars , very happy with mine, service superb and the aftercare, as you can imagine buying a used car you can have a hiccup but my hiccup was sorted professionally and what more can you ask for peace of mind that you buying a used car but that the dealer takes pride in the products they selling and will help you and fix a problem if you have one. I Purchased a beautiful Audi S3 from Capitol Car Centre last month. The service I received from Mark & Chris was flawless. This was evident when after a week of ownership an issue with the vehicle was detected. As I live in the Scottish highlands Chris & Mark advised me to book it into a local Audi specialist. Once the fault was diagnosed Chris & Mark dealt with the garage directly and the fault was rectified in a speedy manner with all costs paid by them.

With Capitol car centre you can buy with confidence. They have restored my faith in the used car market and I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from them again. A+ service. Thank you Mark & Chris.

Bought this beauty back in November. Mark was excellent, test drove the car. Bought the same day. He sorted a couple niggles I had without hesitation. 3 months in I had an electrical issue. Contacted mark and they had the car booked into a specialist. Supplied me with a courtesy car in the meantime, fault was rectified and sorted without any questions or fuss. Picked the car up shortly after and had a great chat with Chris. I seriously can’t recommend capitol car centre enough. Chris and Mark are a pleasure to deal with, definitely back in future when the time comes to change.

Mark was great, I liked his hands off no pressure approach. It was nice to speak to a human and not a pushy salesman! Everything was done super quick and he answered all my questions.

Great people to deal with. No pressure overall and Chris is decent, straightforward and respectful. My car was prep'ed well and I went on an unaccompanied test drive - which was great for me as I was able to envisage myself owning it more effectively. While chatting with Chris, I found out that he has been buying and selling cars for many years and it was nice to meet someone who has a decent level of knowledge about the multitude of cars he sells. My experience was very good over all, so I give 5/5

Bought a car from Capitol Car Centre about 3 weeks ago and the service provided was excellent. By far the best car buying experience we have ever had. Chris was amazing with getting the car ready for us and communication was excellent from start to finish. I was looking for a Mercedes 200 Kompressor Coupe with good statistics, added extras, service history, excellent condition at a good price.
I perused the Sunday Times vehicle website and found the model of interest.
I contacted Capital Car Centre, and spoke with their representative, expressing very clearly, my specific needs.
The salesperson was concise and crystal clear and explained that the car in mention was in excellent condition throughout and would be fully checked over and receives a full Mot and service if required. They also provided new tyres as a gesture of good will rather than necessity.
The dialogue was professional, extremely helpful, and supportive throughout. After the conversation I was inspired, as they explained that the heart and soul of the business was driven by making the right decisions to generate sales and develop the good will of Capitol Cars.
I think it is fair to say that this companies name should precede itself. I received a first class, service, from start to finish, highly important to enable an informed decision from a distance.  I traveled from Newcastle Upon Tyne, to Preston with confidence that I would be driving the car back.
 The car I bought is exceptional, and I am delighted with it. With that experience, I would be happy to take delivery and save myself the journey if there was to be a further purchase.
